Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Cold calling to generate leads and get clients on board.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products/services to provide accurate and engaging information to customers.
  • Update and manage customer records in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
    • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
    • Good time-management and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
    • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
    • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.

  • Number of daily/weekly/monthly calls made.
  • Sales conversion rate.
  • Revenue generated from telesales activities.
  • Customer satisfaction scores.
  • Retention rate of existing customers.

IMPORTANT CRITERIA-

  1. Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly off.
  2.  Work from Home is also available (in some emergency cases)
  3. Willingness to Relocate.
  4. MBA will be an added advantage
  5. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only
  6. Salary Offered: Good Salary + Huge incentives

Salary

  • Rs, 15,000 to 40,000 plus Huge Incentives

  • Monthly Target  2,00,00 to 4,00,000 (if the candidate could not achieve the set targets then salary will be deducted, and it’s applied from 1st month of joining, so if you think you can achieve the set targets then only apply for this post)

  • Salary Cycle 10th day of every month 

Incentives…..

  • 2% of the Monthly Target,
  • After the target, the Candidate will get 2% to 10% on every conversion
Note-If the candidate does not achieve the set target, then the salary shall be deductible, and it totally depends upon your performance and amount of conversion
