We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic advertising agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the agency. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and marketing who thrives in a creative environment and is eager to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to generate leads and get clients on board.
  • · Finding and following new sales leads
  • · Research and identify new market opportunities
  • · Creating sales pitches
  • · Prepare and deliver pitches to potential Clients
  • · Executing sales objectives
  • · Do brainstorming to create new project strategies
  • · Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients

Salary

  • Rs, 15,000 to Rs. 50,000 plus Huge Incentives

  • Monthly Target 

    Rs. 2,00,000 to Rs. 5,00,000 (if the candidate could not achieve the set targets then salary will be deducted, and it’s applied from 1st month of joining, so if you think you can achieve the set targets then only apply for this post)

  • Salary Cycle 10th day of every month 
  • Salary Increment on every 2 Month with Target amount

Incentives…..

  • 2% of the Monthly Target,
  • After the target, the Candidate will get 2% to 10% on every conversion
